3. Non-Custodial Architecture
TandemPay does not store or have access to merchant wallet private keys. Settlement addresses are configured by merchants and enforced by smart contracts. We cannot access, freeze, or redirect settled funds.

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:
- Payment processors and blockchain network nodes (necessary for service operation)
- Service providers bound by confidentiality agreements
- Law enforcement when legally required
- Affiliates for commission tracking (transaction amounts only, not personal details)
5. Blockchain Transparency
All settlements occur on public blockchains. Transaction amounts, timestamps, and wallet addresses are permanently visible on-chain. While we do not publish associations between merchant identities and wallet addresses, blockchain data is inherently public.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure. Merchants are responsible for securing their own wallet private keys.

We retain transaction and business data as required by financial regulations and legal obligations. Merchants may request data deletion subject to these requirements.
