Commercial terms, including setup fees, ongoing fees, billing cadence, and volume bands, are agreed in writing before work begins or a licence key is issued. The software is provided as-is for self-hosted WordPress. You are responsible for compliance with your processor agreement and applicable law.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ongoing TandemPay fees are invoiced bi-weekly on checkout volume through the payment store and are due within three business days. A prepaid float may be used where agreed.
Every licence includes a payment store build before go-live: catalogue, policies, theme, both plugins configured, ready for your processor application. Scope and fee are quoted when we reach out after you apply.
Setup and licence fees are non-refundable once agreed, issued, or once payment store build work has started. If payment fails before delivery, contact us and we will resolve it.
